Kate knows how to bring a new and young approach to tenant representation which sets her apart from many in this field. Her calling for all things design, travel, and art combines seamlessly with her knowledge of marketing and real estate.

Kate was raised in Los Angeles and is currently studying Business Marketing at Loyola Marymount University. She offers a fresh perspective to The Marella Group. Her goal is to help clients make strategic location decisions that align with their brand identity and aesthetic style. Kate believes that real estate is more than just securing a space, it’s about creating experiences, building community, and positioning brands for long-term success.
