With a background rooted in transactional law and institutional experience, Bryce ensures every deal is structured to support both brand growth and long-term value.

A graduate of Pepperdine Law School, Bryce began his legal career at two respected Southern California law firms before joining the University of California system, where he specialized in contract negotiation and institutional compliance.

At The Marella Group, Bryce oversees all internal legal matters, from lease negotiations and acquisitions to corporate governance, helping guide the firm’s strategy with clarity and precision. Based in Oak Park, CA, he works closely with the leadership team to ensure the business scales with both agility and legal integrity.
