Prior to joining The Marella Group, Kate operated as a Developer and Owner at Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., leading ground-up retail developments and value-add repositioning projects. Her expertise spans acquisitions, leasing, and asset management, providing her with a well-rounded approach to tenant and landlord representation.
