Cole Couch began his career in finance in 2020, working in the alternative assets division of a wealth management firm. With a strong foundation in capital markets and investment strategy, he developed a deep interest in commercial real estate. This passion led him to a role at a boutique real estate investment firm, where he worked on the acquisitions and business development team. There, he played an integral role in securing strategic locations for a portfolio of national retail tenants.

Now at The Marella Group, Cole combines his investment acumen with a keen understanding of retail growth to help brands identify and secure ideal locations. He thrives on the chase and has a passion for helping brands expand their footprint and identify high-potential retail locations that align with their growth strategy.

Cole holds a Business degree from California Lutheran University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Born and raised in Westlake Village, California, he brings local insight, strong work ethic, and a relentless drive to his role.
